A 22-year-old Texas man has been charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals for attacking and partially eating a family pet, after taking synthetic marijuana known as K-2.
Waco Police officers arrested Michael Terron Daniel on June 14. He apparently claimed to be on the drug. He chased a neighbor while barking and growling like a dog. He then attacked a family dog, which he beat, strangled and then started to eat, reports KWTX.
The medium-sized black dog died at the scene.
