A narcotics officer with the New York Police Department has been charged with first- and second-degree manslaughter for fatally shooting an unarmed man during a February raid.
Officer Richard Haste faces charges relating to his shooting of Ramarley Graham, an 18-year-old who was killed with a single shot in the bathroom of his Bronx home, reports the New York Times.
