VIDEO: Milwaukee Cop Attacked by Clown

A Milwaukee Police officer used physical force to arrest an activist dressed as a clown, after the man punched him outside City Hall.

Police received complaints that the man was squirting motorists. When an officer arrived, the man resisted arrest and punched the officer. Video taken by a passing motorist shows the two scuffling and rolling on the pavement until the officer can gain control of the situation. The video has gone viral.

The clown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, reports WISN.
