North Carolina Man Arrested for Impersonating a Police Officer

According to WRAL-TV, 30-year-old Devin Alexander Stenulis pulled up behind another driver in a white Dodge Charger equipped with a flashing light and siren.

A North Carolina man has reportedly been arrested after attempting to initiate a "traffic stop" in Raleigh on Wednesday.

According to WRAL-TV, 30-year-old Devin Alexander Stenulis pulled up behind another driver in a white Dodge Charger equipped with a flashing light and siren.

Stenulis was charged with impersonation of a law enforcement officer and a violation of his concealed handgun permit. Both charges are misdemeanors.
