Corporal Charles Galloway conducted a traffic stop at about 12:45 a.m. for a driver of a four-door Toyota Avalon, when witnesses told police officers they saw a suspect get out of the vehicle, fire a weapon at the deputy multiple times and drive off, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner told KXAN news.
