A Phoenix police officer fatally shot a man advancing on officers with a hatchet and chisel after a less-lethal launcher did not stop the man’s advance.

El Centro PD Releases Video of Fatal OIS

The El Centro Police Department released video of when an officer fatally shot a man who had been reported to have a gun and then pointed the object at the officer. The object was not a gun and appears to be a bicycle seat.
