TX Deputy Shot Multiple Times, Seriously Wounded
Deputies responded to a call on Hidden Oak Road in Dale, Texas, around midnight. That’s when someone fired at them. One deputy was shot multiple times. Officials have not yet said why deputies were originally called out to the scene. Two suspects are reportedly in custody.

Louisville Detective Shot in Head, Suspect Killed
Three people were shot in an exchange of gunfire during a drug investigation, Chief Steve Conrad said at a press conference Thursday evening – the injured officer, the suspect who died and a third suspect, who was also taken to University of Louisville Hospital. Police have not identified anyone involved in the shooting.
