North Carolina Man Arrested Twice in Two Days Over Threats Against Children
The court documents reveal much of the messages are jumbled and incoherent, but in each threatening phrases jump out at the reader. Such as, "I'm going to murder every child in the hotel now," and "I'm going to kill all the children."

Kevin Edral Douglas was arrested twice in two days by Cary, NC, police. He reportedly threatened to kill children while staying across the street from a daycare center.
Wake County
Cary Police arrested Kevin Edral Douglas, 46, on Nov. 1 at the Extended Stay America on Weston Parkway on misdemeanor charges of communicating threats.
Douglas was released from jail on a $1,000 bond. He was ordered to not use any electronic devices.
Less than 24-hours after being released, Cary Police Department arrested Douglas for a second time. District Attorney Lorrin Freeman said Douglas was arrested the second time for violating the order to not use electronic devices, ABC11 reports.
Federal court documents now accuse Douglas of spending the days before his arrest threatening to shoot children.
On Oct. 30 and 31, investigators said he used the cybertip reporting service on the website for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to submit multiple threatening messages.

In the court documents, investigators pointed out that Bright Horizons at Harrison Park is a daycare center located directly across the street from the Extended Stay America where Douglas was staying when he reportedly made these threats.
