According to the Star Tribune, the city and the police union are at odds over what constitutes fair discipline for officer Adam Huot who was seen on body-worn camera dragging a suspect by his handcuffs following an arrest.
The man had fallen to the ground and said, "I ain't gonna make it easy for you guys."
Huot then grabbed handcuffs and dragged the subject about 100 feet to an elevator.
Two officers were shot in Gainesville, Florida, by a man who police say was leaving an area where he had killed a man inside a business. The suspect exited his vehicle in what the chief termed an “ambush-style” attack.
