William "Bill" Harvey is currently serving as chief of police in south central Pennsylvania. He retired from the Savannah (Ga.) Police Department where he worked assignments in training, patrol, and CID. Harvey has more than 25 years of experience working with recruits, rookies, and FTOs.

Willie Woolford is a former Air Force Master Sergeant and has four years’ of public affairs experience with the U.S. military serving two years at Yongsan Air Base in South Korea. He has more than 20’ years of management experience and is currently the National Outreach Coordinator at Bellevue University.
