Officer Shot While Trying to Arrest Teens in Stolen Car

An Evansville, Indiana, officer was shot twice as he tried to apprehend an 18-year-old suspected car thief who was carjacking a woman while attempting to get away from police. The injuries may cause the officer to lose the use of his lower extremities, his chief said.
