Superior, WI-based Lake Assault Boats is one of the top providers of law enforcement watercraft. The company also produces boats for firefighters and the military.

Lake Assault introduced a new law enforcement patrol boat in late 2019. The new boat is 24-feet long and is powered by twin Honda 200 horsepower engines (other engine options are available). It features an overall height less than 13-feet 6-inches and a person and cargo capacity of approximately 3,000 pounds. The boat is outfitted with a bow-to-beach access door and ladder located at the front "V" of the bow for easy deployment of officers onto beaches or islands.

The hull is protected by a full collar around the gunwales, and the craft features a semi-enclosed pilothouse with 76 inches of headroom. It offers multiple seating options for two officers. The dash console provides ample room for electronics, and includes a 12-inch touchscreen that integrates an optional forward looking infrared (FLIR) system, GPS, maps, chart plotter, and sonar with structure and side scan.
