A man who reportedly claimed to be a police officer during an argument with an employee of a strip club in Waverly, NE—a suburb of Lincoln—early Sunday morning now faces criminal charges of making terroristic threats and impersonating a police officer.

According to the Lincoln Journal Star, Capt. John Vik of the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office said the man—identified as 26-year-old Keith Charles Urban—had been causing a disturbance at the Shakers Gentleman's Club and was being escorted from the building when Urban claimed to be a police officer armed with a handgun.

An employee told deputies that during the confrontation, Urban drew what appeared to be a Glock from his waistband and pressed it against the employee's midsection.

Vik said the man then fled in a vehicle but was apprehended at a vehicle stop shortly thereafter. Inside the vehicle, deputies reportedly found a CO2 BB gun that looked like a handgun.
