Warwick Mills’ TurtleSkin Search Gloves offer protection from needle sticks suffered by police officers when they pat down suspects. Made of tightly woven Kevlar, TurtleSkin is five times more cut-resistant than the materials used for traditional police gloves and 11 times more abrasion-resistant than an equal thickness of leather. The gloves are backed with machine-washable leather that can be washed and dried without shrinking or stiffening.
