Florida Man Strikes Two Officers with Vehicle
The incident began at about 11 p.m. Saturday, when the officers observed Justin Bradley, 25, smoking a blunt (cannabis cigarette) in his car. Officer Carraway was attempting to retrieve the keys from Bradley when the driver apparently rolled over the officer's foot. Sgt. Towler then attempted to block Bradley's escape with his patrol vehicle; a head-on collision injured both men.

Video: Illinois Officers Use Force In Booking Room
The video shows Sgt. Brad McCaslin using a stun gun twice to the back of an arrested and handcuffed woman's neck after she refused to sit down in the booking room. Interim police Chief Tom Fearn then entered the room and shook the woman by the neck several times, after she appears to yell at him.
