The Wiley X Durtac glove features injection-molded thermoplastic knuckle and individual finger protectors for impact and abrasion resistance. The design also includes a durable synthetic leather palm, an ergonomically shaped palm patch, ventilated fingers, and Air Mesh on the back of the hand. A silicone print on the thumb and index fingers provide increased grip.

The patent-pending Level II security ThumbDrive holster from 5.11 Tactical is reinforced and features a slick-surface polymer that can hold its shape above 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed with a thumb-activated release, the holster avoids wearing off the finish of a firearm and features a Chop-Block attachment for added securement. A paddle and belt slide for belts up to 2.25 inches are included, though a Drop-and-Off-Set kit and thigh rig are available as additional accessories.

Safariland Introduces Extended Range Less-Lethal Munitions
Safariland has released five 40-mm, specialty impact rounds that allow corrections and tactical officers to deliver less-lethal munitions to incapacitate an aggressive, non-compliant subject. The Defense Technology rounds can be fired from a variety of 40-mm launchers and provide optimal accuracy from 10–70 meters (about 30–230 feet).
