N.Y. Biker Protesting Helmet Laws Dies of Head Injuries In Crash
Philip A. Contos, 55, was killed on Saturday afternoon during a ride in Onondaga when his 1983 Harley fishtailed and threw him over the handlebars. Contos would likely have survived had he been wearing a helmet, according to New York State Police.
