Maryland Teen Charged with Planning School Attack
Cpl. John Wachter of the county police said that Nemphos had brought the gun to school in his backpack Friday and that he told police over the weekend that he planned to use the gun to harm people at school Monday. Instead, he was arrested and held without bail.

School Shootings in North Carolina and Kentucky Leave Two Injured
Two U.S. schools were placed on lockdown Tuesday following separate incidents โ one in North Carolina and one in Kentucky โ with individuals carrying and firing guns on school grounds. Altogether, two people were shot, one associated with each incident.
