Pennsylvania State Helicopter Called to Quell Unruly Crowd at College Football Game
A Pennsylvania State police helicopter was called in to hover low over a tailgate party prior to the Penn State football game against Ohio State on Saturday. According to WGAL-TV, the helicopter was called when party-goers started "getting out of hand" and tailgaters had ignored commands from police on the ground to disperse.

Capitol Police Arrest 128 Protesting Kavanaugh SCOTUS Nomination
According to authorities, 46 people were arrested in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, and another 82 people were removed from the Rotunda of the Russell Senate Office Building. The protesters were charged with crowding, obstructing, and unlawful demonstrations.

The lawsuit was filed by the Arizona chapter of the ACLU, Los Angeles-based law firm Hadsell Stormer & Renick LLP and civil rights attorney Dan Pochoda. Plaintiffs are requesting a court bar Phoenix police from using excessive force against protesters in the future and are also seeking financial rewards.
