Conversations between NYPD Officer Stroman and the Brooklyn youths on his beat often touch on fitness. "This one young man asked me questions about my workouts, so I gave him a few pointers on technique," says Stroman. Before long came the challenge: a pull-up contest with an extra "bodyweight hold" at the end. Officer Stroman was more than happy to oblige.
