Charges Dropped Against N.Y. Woman who Filmed Officers
Charges have been dropped against Emily Good, the woman arrested by Rochester (N.Y.) Police while she filmed a traffic stop in front of her home. During a court proceeding Monday, First Assistant District Attorney Sandra Doorley said there wasn't enough evidence to pursue the case.

Ohio Sgt. Kills Self at Station
Sgt. Kevin Blakeley, 52, was notified at 7 a.m. Wednesday he would face disciplinary action as a result of an internal investigation. The 28-year veteran officer then took out his service weapon and killed himself.

NYPD Cops Should Have Ducked for Cover, Attorney Says
Officers Dawn Ortiz and India Archie were cleared of wrongdoing in 2008 by a police firearms review board soon after the shooting. However, Rita Bieniewicz, a prosecutor in the legal bureau, laid out the tougher disciplinary case against the cops in detail last week in an internal document.
