Police charged a City of Raleigh employee with several counts of child abuse Monday after they accused him of storing gang members' guns in his children's toy box.
Police charged Reginald Lamont Keith, 39, with three counts of misdemeanor child abuse, according to arrest warrants filed Monday afternoon at the Wake County (N.C.) Magistrate's Office.
