California Border Patrol agents have apprehended 20 illegal aliens, including an MS-13 gang member, about 40 miles north of the U.S./Mexico border, Examiner.com reports.
The agents greeted the illegals, who were attempting to enter the country using a panga boat, when they arrived at South Ponto Beach in Carlsbad.
The United States Coast Guard and U.S. Customs and Border Protection Marine Interdiction agents conducted a search of the area, but were unable to locate the vessel.
