A New York City police officer shot and killed an armed 14-year-old in the Bronx early Sunday, after the teen ignored the officer's command to drop his weapon.
The officer fired one shot at Shaaliver Douse just after 3 a.m. in the Melrose neighborhood, striking him in the left jaw. Douse had kept firing a 9mm Astra A100 pistol after two uniformed officers yelled at him to drop the gun.
