But the idea of wearing an alternative uniform that's combat ready-originally borrowed from the military-is more popular than ever, as evidenced by the assortment of new BDUs, tacpants, and jumpsuits available for law enforcement.

Suspects were charged with assaulting an officer with a flagpole, obstructing officers, and resisting arrest. Two other suspects have been charged with assaulting Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department horses.

Three of the vehicles are “connected to national groups known for illegal street racing activity,” Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said.

The woman was clinging to the bridge’s beams as patrol officers, the JSO Marine Unit, the JSO SWAT team, and Jacksonville Fire and Rescue worked to save her life.
The 'distraught' woman was rescued by multiple units from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. JSO SWAT rigged ropes and pulled back on top of the bridge.
