According to the coach, his teachable moment for his players was to let them know that "it’s OK to stand up for what you believe in." I’m not arguing that premise, as long as we understand that an 8-year-old has no understanding of what so-called "social injustice' is.

Officer Well-Being Should Come First After an OIS

Those chosen to speak will be people of prominence and influence and their words will have power if they are spoken from the heart. If they are not, if they are hollow and bereft of passion, then the words themselves though mechanically correct will be devoid of meaning and in fact insulting.
