Los Angeles law enforcement officials including Los Angeles County Sheriff Leroy Baca and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck attended an event marking the crushing of 3,469 pounds of weapons mostly used in crimes. State Agencies Select Smith & Wesson M&P Rifles
Smith & Wesson has announced that the Nevada Department of Public Safety (DPS) has chosen to equip its officers with 500 M&P15X tactical rifles. Rob Letham, a competitive shooter sponsored by Springfield, demonstrates "El Presidente," a pistol-range drill. The shooter fires two shots apiece at three targets 10 meters away, then reloads and fires another six shots at the three targets.
