Authorities are investigating after someone set fire to a Glendale, Ariz., officer's memorial site, reports KNXV-TV.
Glendale Police Officer Tracey Breeden said the day after Christmas, a family member of Officer Anthony Holly was visiting the memorial when they noticed a group of people setting fire to the wooden base surrounding the memorial.
Breeden said the group stopped and allowed the family to put out the fire. The actual memorial was not damaged.
Authorities are still searching for the people involved.
