POLICE and Flock Safety will present a free webinar Sept. 3, 2025, on how agencies are enhancing front-line decision-making with visual intelligence that goes beyond license plate recognition (LPR).

The webinar titled “Beyond the Plate: Real-Time Video Intelligence for Police Operations” will show how pairing LPR data with live camera feeds delivers faster, safer, and more coordinated responses on everything from stolen vehicles to active BOLOs.

              Safely recovering stolen vehicles and reduce pursuit risks

The webinar will be presented by two law enforcement veterans. Seth Cimino, a Flock Safety ops delivery associate/investigator and a 25-year law enforcement veteran and former detective sergeant. And David Ballard, a Flock Safety subject matter expert and former Shelby County, Homeland Security, detective lieutenant and commander.
