The ATN OTIS-17 is a compact and lightweight system built around un-cooled thermal imaging technology and highly-integrated DSP based electronics, according to the company.
This compact multipurpose thermal imaging system provides excellent image quality in total darkness and through fog, smoke and other visual obscuration. The sensitivity of the ATN OTIS-17 is unaffected by camouflage or bright lights.
The ATN OTIS-17 is versatile, and can be paired with included or optional accessories—the monocular can be placed on a headset or helmet, and can be connected to another monocular to build a binocular system.
It can be mounted as a riflescope, or used as a handheld device. The ATN OTIS-17 is water resistant and has video and computer output capabilities.
