PDSI Expands TeleStaff Clientele

PDSI announced 38 new customers to its TeleStaff client list during the third quarter, with the majority going into production and 11 clients purchasing the software for the first time. The automated solution streamlines scheduling and ensures compliance with various organization policies. It also features built-in communication capabilities and self-service employee access.

PDSI announced that 27 customers went into production with TeleStaff during the third quarter, 2010, and are now using the automated scheduling software. Also in the third quarter, 11 new clients selected the software solution and are now undergoing PDSI's accelerated training and implementation process.

"Customers in our vertical markets are under increasing pressure to find ways to manage their resources, operations, and labor costs more efficiently," according to Greg Ekstrom, PDSI president. "These pressures are driving the demand for TeleStaff because the solution comprehensively manages adequate staffing levels, controls costs, and improves payroll accuracy while minimizing compliance risks, and enforcing collective bargaining agreements."

In addition to built-in communication capabilities and self-service employee access, TeleStaff streamlines scheduling organization-wide and ensures compliance with collective bargaining agreements, labor laws, and other organization policies. Currently, TeleStaff works with about 600 public safety and utilities customers throughout North America.
