Furthermore, the solution also provides responding officers with critical data via a smartphone app, such as type of incident and priority level, location of incident and nearby points of interest, location of other officers and resources, navigation, field reporting, a one-swipe "man down" button, and a chat feature.

These alerts automatically open a new incident in the agency's dispatch system that shows the caller's location.
