The Spirit of Blue Foundation has awarded a K-9 Safety Grant to the Beaverton (OR) Police Department to contribute to the acquisition of a tracking and article search K-9. The $2,500 grant was sponsored by the Planet Dog Foundation.

Carjacking Suspect Killed in Gunfight with Seattle Police

Police were initially called to a downtown coffee shop around 12:30 p.m. after employees called 911 to report a man had entered the coffee shop with a gun. The armed suspect then fled to a tattoo parlor, leading to another 911 call, police said. More Here.
