County Attorney for Minneapolis Eliminates Grand Juries for OIS Investigations
For the first time in at least 40 years, Freeman and several of his top prosecutors will investigate and determine whether or not there will be charges against two Minneapolis officers involved in the fatal shooting of Clark in November. A decision in the case is expected by the end of the month.

Video: Grand Jury Issues No Indictments Over Sandra Bland's Death in Texas Jail
After listening to reams of evidence in three lengthy sessions, the grand jury decided not to indict anyone in Sandra Bland’s death, nor any of the employees at the Waller County Jail, where she died in custody back in July. The medical examiner ruled it a suicide, saying she hanged herself in her cell.
