School Agent Returned Fire with Shot Cop's Gun During NYC Retail Robbery
Anthony Presley, 39, attempted to thwart the robbery in Bedford-Stuyvesant on Saturday night. He was shot in the shoulder. The school agent then grabbed Presley's Glock and chased off the robbers.

N.Y. Transit Officers Apprehend Bank Robbery Suspect
Officers found 21-year-old Max Schneider inside the bathroom of a train car. The officers then turned Schneider over to the Suffolk County Police Department, which charged him in the robberies that took place between Feb. 17 and March 24.

Henry L. Alexander is accused of yelling at the officer at 7:15 a.m., as he walked from his personal vehicle. The man saw the officer later, after the officer changed into uniform, and swung the cane at the officer's head, knocking off his uniform cap.
