Former Wyoming Trooper Gets 15 Years For Kidnapping Scheme
A former Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper received a 15-year prison sentence for an elaborate scheme to kill a Wal-Mart truck driver and seek a settlement from the corporation, the Justice Department announced.

Former Wyoming Troopers Face Steroid Charges
Authorities say Devan Henderson and Franklin Ryle Jr. smuggled steroids from Mexico to Wyoming in a vanilla bottle, while Adam Longo allegedly purchased them at a Casper gym. Agents with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation learned about the allegations earlier this year while investigating Ryle for kidnapping a Wal-Mart truck driver.
