State Trooper Dies from Wasp Sting
Trooper Jack P. Holland was conducting salvage inspections at the Seville CDL Facility in Medina County. After returning to his desk at approximately 1 p.m., he was stung by a yellowjacket. He had a severe reaction and was transported by Westfield EMS to the Lodi Emergency room at 1:13 p.m. where he was pronounced dead at approximately 2:30 p.m.
