Apply to Attend Police Technology & Equipment Exchange 2025

Participating vendors at this year’s event will include technology companies that make tools such as body-worn cameras, software, and license plate recognition systems; as well as equipment companies.

Qualified police commanders, supervisors, and other professionals who influence law enforcement agency equipment and technology purchases are invited to apply to attend the 2025 Police Technology & Equipment Exchange (PTEX) in Charlotte, North Carolina this June.

Scheduled for June 24 to June 26, this year’s PTEX is being co-located with the Government Fleet Expo and Conference and the Police Fleet Conference.

Participating vendors at this year’s event will include technology companies that make tools such as body-worn cameras, software, and license plate recognition systems; as well as equipment companies that make products like ballistic protection, optics and sights, and vehicle lights and sirens.

As a hosted buyer event, PTEX will match representatives from agencies interested in purchasing certain products with the vendors of those tools.

Invited law enforcement agency representatives attend the event for free.

Qualified applicants who are selected to attend PTX will receive roundtrip economy airfare to Charlotte, a two night hotel stay at the event site, ground transfers from the airport to the hotel, and all schedules at no cost to them. Incidentals, including ground transportation to and from your home airport, baggage fees, and parking are not included.
