Cadet Class Leaves CHP Academy, Hiring Freeze Implemented

The California Highway Patrol graduated its final class of cadets prior to implementing a hiring freeze that will force the cancellation of cadet training at the West Sacramento facility for at least six months.

Sixty eight highway patrol officers took a five-mile run around the state Capitol as the final step before starting work.

i would run way many more mile just to get a chance to get my process started. I would see it as a victory run.
