More Police Recruits Flunking Fitness Test

Law enforcement, fire, and EMS recruits are flunking fitness tests at a higher rate, according to a USA Today report.
Overall physical strength of recruits is declining and more cadets aren't able to complete agility tests, push-up and sit-up tests, a 1 1/2-mile run, and other physical tests required to join agencies.
