Conference on Methamphetamine Epidemic to Develop Solutions

December 22, 2005  |

The Performance Institute will hold the 2006 National Summit on the Methamphetamine Epidemic January 18 to 20 in Las Vegas. The event is designed to help law enforcement agencies further Meth prevention and interdiction efforts with best practices from across the country.

The conference will also provide a chance to develop community partnerships to combat the Meth epidemic from both the law enforcement and social services perspectives. Tactics will be presented to help ensure communities’ comprehensive Meth plans will be fully funded. A six-track conference schedule covers these topics as well as pertinent legislation and drug court effectiveness.
