Craig Morgan, Spirit of Blue Foundation Present Safety Equipment Grant to TN Sheriff's Office

Yesterday, the Spirit of Blue Foundation partnered with country music star Craig Morgan to present a safety equipment grant to the Dickson County (TN) Sheriff's Office. The grant includes 70 tourniquets along with tactical belt holders that will be issued to all patrol division and reserve deputies that serve the county.

MA Police Department Receives Protective Equipment from the Spirit of Blue Foundation

The Spirit of Blue Foundation announced that it has awarded a Safety Equipment Grant to the Leicester (MA) Police Department (LPD) for the purchase of personal protective equipment. LPD received five sets of Damascus FlexForce riot control suits, Damascus Vector gloves, and clear impact-resistant riot control shields, valued at $5,691.25.

IN Sheriff's Office Gets K-9 Safety Grant from the Spirit of Blue Foundation

Holbrook PD Receives Spirit of Blue Foundation Safety Grant

The Spirit of Blue Foundation has awarded a Safety Equipment Grant to the Holbrook (MA) Police Department in the form of a mobile data terminal (MDT) solution for use by the Department's motorcycle traffic officer.

Oregon Department Receives K-9 Safety Grant from the Spirit of Blue Foundation

The Spirit of Blue Foundation has awarded a K-9 Safety Grant to the Beaverton (OR) Police Department to contribute to the acquisition of a tracking and article search K-9. The $2,500 grant was sponsored by the Planet Dog Foundation.

Gainesville PD Receives Safety Grant from the Spirit of Blue Foundation and Dunkin' Donuts

The Spirit of Blue Foundation announced today that it has awarded a Safety Training Grant to the Gainesville (Fla.) Police Department to obtain valuable police/youth dialogue training. The focus of this training is building understanding and cooperation between the city's minority youth and the 302 police officers who serve the Gainesville community.

Spirit of Blue Holiday Wreaths Available from Whitney Wreath

The Spirit of Blue Foundation has worked with Whitney Wreath to make available a blue ribbon Spirit of Blue Wreath as a way of showing honor and support for the law enforcement community during the holidays. A large portion of the proceeds go toward funding the foundation's work in awarding safety equipment and training grants.

Spirit of Blue Presents Grant to Franklin PD on Grand Ole Opry Stage

The Spirit of Blue Foundation presented a safety equipment grant to the Franklin (Tenn.) Police Department on the stage of the Grand Ole Opry. Country music star Craig Morgan led the Opry and its guests in honoring law enforcement officers at a recent show. The grant will be used to purchase ballistic helmets for the Franklin SWAT team.

Craig Morgan to Represent Spirit of Blue Foundation as Celebrity Spokesperson

Country music star Craig Morgan has been named The Spirit of Blue Foundation's national celebrity spokesperson. In that capacity, Craig Morgan will appear in a new public service announcement, perform and speak at select events across the country, and spread the word about Spirit of Blue's work as he tours.
