Grand Jury Expected to Charge NYPD Ticket-Fixing Officers
The grand jury investigation is now expected to result in charges against more than a dozen police officers, most of them for crimes related to fixing tickets. The others face more serious corruption charges, a person briefed on the matter said. About 25 to 40 officers are expected to face charges.
