Attorney General Eric Holder told a group of law students today he may not have enough "gas left in the tank" to continue as President Obama's top law enforcement leader.

Holder made the remark at the University of Baltimore on Thursday, reports the Washington Post.

Holder, who has been embroiled in the "Fast and Furious" gun trafficking scandal, may leave the administration as soon as this summer or as late at 2014, reports the Washington Post.

Holder's possible departure signals a shakeup in Obama's second-term cabinet in which Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will also leave her role.
