ATF Agent Participated In Crimes with Tulsa Cops

Brandon McFadden, who pleaded guilty to drug distribution and is awaiting sentencing, said he knew Officer Jeff Henderson made up information to obtain search warrants and used a criminal informant to sell drugs.

A former ATF agent testified Thursday in a federal corruption trial that he participated in various crimes with Tulsa (Okla.) Police officers.

Brandon McFadden, who pleaded guilty to drug distribution and is awaiting sentencing, said he knew Officer Jeff Henderson made up information to obtain search warrants and used a criminal informant to sell drugs.

Officers Henderson, 38, and Bill Yelton, 50, were indicted July 19, 2010. Initially, 15 Tulsa PD officers were named in the probe into bribery and stolen evidence.

In June, Officers Bruce Bonham and Nick DeBruin were cleared of charges against them. At the same time, retired Cpl. Harold R. Wells was found guilty of a drug conspiracy.
