The proprietor of an automobile detailing and upkeep shop has told his local police department that he will detail all of the agency's vehicles free of charge.

According to the Watertown Daily News, Todd Brown—owner of Final Touch Detailing—has been working with the Massena (NY) Police Department for several years in the upkeep of their patrol cars, but he has now decided that he will waive any fees associated with his work.

Brown told the local newspaper that he had already been giving the department a "discounted rate" but has decided to waive all costs entirely in support of the officers who patrol the streets of Massena.

"All of our services that we’ve done so far and what we’re doing is all going to be free for the Massena Police Department," Brown said.
