A man faces DUI charges after he reportedly crashed a scooter into an officer with the Denver Police Department on Saturday afternoon.

According to Fox News, the man—whose name has not been released—was riding the scooter outside a Colorado Rockies baseball game when he plowed into the officer.

The scooter rider was transported to a nearby hospital with undisclosed injuries. The officer was not hurt.
