Pennsylvania DA Will Seek Death Penalty in Case Against Cop Killer Suspect

According to the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, the man—identified as 30-year-old Christian Bey—is charged with homicide, possessing a firearm without a license, illegal possession of a firearm, and carrying a gun with an altered manufacturer’s number.

Officer Hall had been attending a party at a relative's house but decided to leave when the event got rowdy.
