The Atlanta Police Department has arrested two brothers in the arson attack on an Atlanta police officer's home in June.

According to WSB-TV, the two reportedly paid a third person to throw the makeshift firebomb—containing a rock and some flammable liquid—through the window of the police officer's home in southeast Atlanta.

The officer had just bought the new home but had not yet moved in. The fire caused damage to the kitchen.

The brothers are allegedly drug dealers who didn't want the officer living in their neighborhood.

The individual who is suspected of actually throwing the bomb into the home has not yet been apprehended.
