The man convicted of killing an officer with the St. Louis County Police has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
According to KSDK-TV, Trenton Forster had been found guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting of Officer Blake Snyder during a disturbance call in October 2016.
Forster's sentence was the toughest punishment possible—the death penalty was previously removed as an option in 2017.
